Description

An original textured ring from my Sur le Sable Collection, handmade using fair silver, gold plated, embellished delicately with Fairtrade, natural, no treatment gemstones, a Brown Zircon ,a Cognac Diamond and a Yellow Citrine. The interior of the ring is given a smooth and polished finish to contrast strongly with the natural matt gold sand texture exterior.

I make this ring with fair silver, a standard that aims to improve the circumstances for miners. It drives back the use of harmful mercury during extraction, mined under strict international environmental standards to protect the local ecosystem. It advances the safety of the miners and ensures a fair share for all involved through a cooperative system. The cooperatives also ensure equal rights for women and men and prevent the use of child labour.
